What you'll be doing

As our Head of Brand, you'll own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end, bridging the gap between high-level storytelling and measurable business impact, ensuring our mission resonates across every touchpoint.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

• Creative Production - Owning the production of creative assets, ensuring every output meets a consistently high bar of quality, craft, and brand consistency.

• Brand Activation - Driving both ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print) and BTL/untraditional activations, bringing the brand to life in bold and memorable ways.

• Social Media & Community - Steering our presence across existing Social media channels and new ones, while building an influencer strategy that extends our reach and relevance.

• Brand Strategy & Insights - Shaping and safeguarding brand identity, and grounding decisions in research and listening, including surveys with both customers and non-customers.

• Leadership & Team Rituals - Building and mentoring the team behind these pillars, establishing clear creative rituals (design reviews, sprints, feedback loops) and tools to ensure efficient, high-quality output.

• Cross-functional Collaboration - Partnering closely with Growth and Product teams to align brand initiatives with acquisition goals, retention targets, and product launches.

• Performance-Driven Branding - Defining and tracking KPIs for brand awareness and consideration, ensuring that even the most "creative" projects are data-informed and contribute to Satispay's overarching OKRs.

You will lead and mentor high-performing teams, collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ownership.

Who we're looking for

You'll take on one of the hardest challenges at our scale: defining Satispay's identity globally while ensuring our brand initiatives directly align with acquisition and retention goals — and building the creative team and rituals that stay ahead of it as we grow. We're not looking for a caretaker of an existing setup. We're looking for someone who has built or transformed a function, made hard calls under pressure, and can say "here's the decision, here's why, here's what happened."

• 10+ years of experience - Proven track record in brand management or creative direction, ideally within fast-growing tech companies or top-tier creative agencies.

• Strong Technical & Visual Culture - Deep understanding of design systems, rebranding processes, and multi-channel campaign production (from social media to TV/OOH).

• A "Hands-on" Leader - You love to lead by example. You're not just a "manager of resources" but someone who can get into the details of a layout or a script to ensure excellence.

• Data-Informed Mindset - Ability to translate brand concepts into business objectives, utilizing KPIs and OKRs to measure impact and iterate quickly.

• Exceptional Communicator - Fluent in English, with the ability to simplify complex brand visions for internal stakeholders and external audiences alike.

Initial salary: Starting from €65,000 gross per annum

This baseline is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
